Dr. Jill S. Melicher specializes in ophthalmic plastics and reconstructive surgery at Minnesota Eye Consultants.
Her undergraduate training was completed at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and she then attended medical school at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She underwent residency training at the University of Minnesota Medical School and then completed her fellowship training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, IA and Cincinnati Eye Institute in Cincinnati, OH.
Dr. Melicher is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has completed fellowship training through the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. William J. Lipham, a board-certified fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology, specializes in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at Minnesota Eye Consultants.
Dr. Lipham completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and later received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Lipham completed a transitional internship at the University of Hawaii, Honolulu following medical school. Soon after, he completed a three-year ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute of the University of Miami, Florida. He went on to finish an additional two-year American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at Duke University Eye Center in Durham, NC.

Dr. Krista Stewart is an ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery specialist at Minnesota Eye Consultants. She specializes in surgery of the eyelids, the tear drainage system and the orbit. Dr. Stewart also provides an array of facial rejuvenation services, including cosmetic eyelid surgery, small incision endoscopic forehead lifts as well as fillers and botulinum toxin injections for wrinkle reduction.
Originally from Madison, WI, Dr. Stewart completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in molecular biology. She then graduated with research honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. She completed her internship at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI and her residency at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center in Ann Arbor, MI. Dr. Stewart completed her fellowship with the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for oculoplastic surgery at the Mayo Clinic/the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Stewart has received many honors, awards and research grants throughout the course of her education, including the Marck Gichert Memorial Award in the Neurosciences from UW-Madison and the Michigan Ophthalmology Trainee Career Development Award. She was also chosen for the American Association of Neurological Surgeon Medical Student Research Fellowship while in medical school.
Dr. Stewart is board certified in ophthalmology. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a candidate member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She has authored numerous book chapters and abstracts/publications and presented at several national conferences, and she currently serves as a reviewer for the American Journal of Ophthalmology Case Reports.
